We collect an email address. That is mostly it.
What we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it and how to get rid of it. We do not sell data, we never see your card number, and you never upload your resume to this site.

This is a small shop selling files. The honest summary is that we collect an email address so we can send you what you paid for, and an order record because the law requires one. Everything below is the detail behind that.
Who is responsible for your data
Disruptive Templates is a trading name of Umair Sajid Ltd. That company is the data controller for the information described here.
For anything about your data, including a request to see it or delete it, write to hi@disruptivetemplates.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, so the order and the download links have somewhere to go.
- Your name and billing country, because the payment provider and tax rules require them.
- The order itself: what you bought, when, for how much, and the record that you consented to immediate download.
- Anything you write to us, including messages sent through the contact form.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, recorded by the server for security and to keep the site working.
We do not ask for a postal address, because nothing is posted. We do not ask for your date of birth, your employment history or your resume. You never upload your resume to this site.
Payment details
Card numbers are entered on the payment provider systems and never reach ours. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last few digits of the card for reconciliation. We cannot see or store your full card number.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To perform the contract: taking payment, delivering the files, keeping the download links working and answering support.
- To meet a legal obligation: keeping order and tax records for as long as the law requires.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and understanding in aggregate which pages are used.
- Consent: only if you actively ask to hear from us. Buying does not sign you up to anything.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers needed to run the shop: the payment provider, the email provider that sends order and support mail, and the hosting company that runs the server. Each is bound to use the data only to provide that service.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, recruiters or employers, and we never pass on the fact that you bought a template for a particular job title.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is commonly six years. Support messages are kept for two years so we can pick up an old thread. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your download links stay active for as long as the order record exists, which is why you can come back for the files years later.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hi@disruptivetemplates.com from the address on the order and we will answer within one month.
Where deletion is requested we remove what we can while keeping the minimum an order record legally has to retain. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the data protection regulator in your country.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to work: keeping your cart, remembering that you are logged in if you created an account, and carrying the checkout session. Turning these off breaks the shop.
There is no advertising cookie and no cross site tracking pixel on this site.
